Refunds are only provided according to our Refund & Shipping Policy. Orders cannot be canceled once the DNA/stem-cell sample collection kit has been dispatched.

You acknowledge that any biological material collected, processed, or stored by Regenesis Biotech remains subject to applicable regulatory guidelines. You retain rights over your samples and can withdraw consent for future use at any time, as described in our Consent Policy.
